Jojo brings dance to a
new level through her rare combination of background in hip hop, house,
ballroom, breakdance and waacking. Jojo has taught in over 10 countries
across the US, South America, Europe and Asia and bases her home in LA.
She has choreographed for the #1 single in Japan by famous boy band
superstars "NYC." Also, she has experience choreographing large scale
productions and venues such as "The Olympics Tribute" at the Kodak
Theatre, and Nokia Center. Jojo has choreographed for superstar Erika
Jayne and did opening choreography for superstars Omarion and Jin. In
2010, Jojo assisted Michael Jacksons' choreographer Travis Payne in the
25th Anniversary of Playzone in Japan, where she also choreographed a
piece and appeared as a surprise dancer on stage. Jojo also trained some
of Japan’s most famous and talented boy band groups in Japan like
"ABC-Z," "NYC," and "Hey Say Jump!" by way of Johnny's Entertainment.
Besides knocking it
out in the studio, Jojo has been champion in 100+ man 1v1 battles in
styles such as House, Open Styles and top 8 in "Freestyle" around the
world.
Jojo is constantly
surrounded by fame, teaching and working along side of world renowned
choreographers and teachers such as Tabitha & Napoleon, Jabbawockeez,
Brian "Footwork" Green, Anthony Kaye, Anthony Garza, Tony Czar, Miguel
Zarate, Lyle Beniga, Sonny Pedersen, and many more. You can also catch
her battling on concrete floors and winning 1st place in grand
competitions in places such as America and Japan.
Jojo portrays her
unique love of movement and freestyle in every story she creates. Anyone
