Experience:

The warm-up:  Designed to increase your core strength and to learn to breathe while moving.

Across the floor:  Ladies- get out your dance heels!  If you want to be a professional dancer you WILL have to know how to dance in heels- the across the floor is designed to get you comfortable living in your heels!!

The dance combination:  Dancers will learn how to perform from within- authentically- in the moment while using the room in a completely new way! Expect to be on chairs, up the walls, away from the mirror- and alive!
