freedom and creativity in their movement. Performers of all genres are encouraged to attend. The class consists of a yoga-based warm up, followed by basic jazz and ballet exercises. Fun, simple, yet innovative dance combinations are choreographed using props such as chairs, T-shirts, hats etc.

Whether you are a seasoned dancer or a beginner, this class will increase your body confidence, excite your passion for dance, break down inhibitions and empower your artistic expression.
